This ground floor family suite sleeps 4. It has two bedrooms and baths. It also has a full kitchenette. A barbecue grill available for your patio area and you are right next to the pool. There is AC in the main living area for your comfort.

Pool, private beach, private dock, cleaning crew, bikes, boats, grill. The staff can do your laundry for you if needed.

We are situated directly on the Caribbean Sea on the Placencia Peninsula on the edge of the tiny Village of Siene Bight. A 15 minute golf cart drive places you in Placencia Village on the southeastern coast of Belize, a popular holiday destination for North American expats and tourists.

The Placencia village, the worlds smallest Mainstreet called "the sidewalk" is located on the southern tip of the 16-mile long narrow Placencia Peninsula, a relaxed “barefoot friendly” community that bills itself as the caye (island).

There are tour guides that can pick you up in a boat right from the property! Other options are taxis or you could always rent a golf cart or a car to zip around the peninsula. Let us know if you need a ride from the airport and we can arrange it for you. Just shoot us an email 24 hours in advance of your arrival!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
