Nautical Inn 13 -Budget Friendly Dorm style suite

This newly remodeled living quarters was created so that single members can have their own beds and still have large groups together. The room has its own AC unit, bath with three showers, three toilets, and two sinks. Obviously, this option would prove ideal for families, backpackers and those who want the bare essentials in their room but fully enjoy our beach, pool, and host of other amenities.

Pool, private beach, private dock, cleaning crew, volleyball court, kayak, canoe and grill. The staff can do your laundry for you if needed.

I live on site so I am always available to answer any questions but also want you to enjoy your trip and give you your privacy.

Gail’s home is located in Seine Bight, Stann Creek District, Belize.

We are situated directly on the Caribbean Sea on the Placencia Peninsula on the edge of the tiny Village of Siene Bight. A 15 minute golf cart drive places you in Placencia Village on the southeastern coast of Belize, a popular holiday destination for North American expats and tourists.

The Placencia village, the worlds smallest Mainstreet called "the sidewalk" is located on the southern tip of the 16-mile long narrow Placencia Peninsula, a relaxed “barefoot friendly” community that bills itself as the caye (island).

There are tour guides that can pick you up in a boat right from the property! Other options are taxis, you could rent a golf cart, a car or use our complementary bikes to zip around the peninsula.

You may be thinking what sets us apart from other properties in the area?? Well, we are the perfect combo of feeling like you are staying in a home with the added conveniences of what hotels have to offer we have a cleaning crew, baby essentials, etc. We can help you book tours and explore all the amazing adventure options Belize has to offer. You can even borrow our kayak, canoe, or grill! You will come as a guest but leave as a friend. :)

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
